30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return (FREE Returns)
- Contact our support team at support@tervrn.shop to request a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Print the return label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. You will pay $0.00 for return shipping.
Damaged, Wrong Products, or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@tervrn.shop so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a free replacement or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on item condition.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.
- The refund will be processed within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
