- There are no hidden fees, no minimum purchase requirements, and no additional taxes added at checkout.
Order Processing & Transit Times
Our total delivery timeline is split into two components: Handling Time and Transit Time.
- Order Handling/Processing Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
- Transit/Shipping Time: 7 - 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 16 Business Days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You can track your package via our website or directly through the carrier's portal.
Address Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at support@tervrn.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has entered the processing phase or has been shipped, we cannot modify the address or cancel the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@tervrn.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund instantly.
